Once a system is commissioned and technical handover is completed and accepted, ABE provides an after sales support warranty. This covers all hardware supplied by ABE in line with the manufacturer's guarantee. Any faulty equipment under guarantee supplied overseas must be returned
to ABE in the UK.
Any faulty workmanship and/or materials in the cabling and connectivity infrastructure, including racking equipment and fittings, shall be repaired or replaced within the first three months after the date of acceptance.
All emergency bonafide calls will be free of charge. Any callout for faults found not to be ABE's responsibility may be charged at the standard hourly rate.
